The Microsoft Xbox One, developed by Microsoft, is a home video game console that was released in North America on November 22, 2013. In 2016, Microsoft released the Xbox One S, and finally the Xbox one X in 2017. The One X confused a lot of people trying to pre-order the Xbox Series X, which is the next generation of Xbox consoles. (I still get confused).
The Xbox One faced intense competition from Sony’s PlayStation 4 (PS4), which was released around the same time. Initially, the Xbox One struggled due to a higher price point (bundled with the Kinect sensor) and controversial policies regarding online connectivity and game sharing, which Microsoft later reversed.
