Gameplay Overview:

In WWF WrestleMania for the NES, players step into the squared circle as one of six iconic wrestlers: Hulk Hogan, André the Giant, "Macho Man" Randy Savage, Ted DiBiase, Bam Bam Bigelow, or The Honky Tonk Man. The game features fast-paced, arcade-style wrestling action, where players battle opponents in one-on-one matches with the goal of depleting their opponent's health bar. Wrestlers can perform basic moves like punches, kicks, and running attacks, as well as signature taunts. Scattered throughout the ring are wrestler-specific power-ups, such as bags of money or guitars, which help replenish energy. Simple controls and a straightforward objective make WWF WrestleMania a classic, though challenging, early wrestling game with a nostalgic charm.
